Winkworths were recommended to us by a former neighbour and we have marketed two homes with them in the past 18 months, one property was ours and the other belonged to my later father in law. We have found them to be a very professional team that are also friendly and clearly capable. Our first meeting with Kim gave us instant confidence and we were in no doubt that Winkworths were the team that we felt most comfortable selling our property through. They know the market and they are able to build great relationships with both sellers and buyers. They clearly care about their clients and work hard to get the best possible outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again ourselves.

I never thought I’d be writing a glowing review for a lettings agent (in the past my experience with estate agents hasn’t been ideal). BUT Sarah Russell has blown me away with her “nothing is too much” attitude. From the beginning of the process (I’m a tenant) it was clear she cares deeply about the properties as if they were her own and treats her tenants with respect and care. She deals with everything IMMEDIATELY, is always upbeat, intelligent, sensitive and friendly. Extremely efficient, she literally sorts out any problem within minutes. Toby has also been fabulous, they work together brilliantly. If I was ever to sell or rent I would trust my property/friends looking to rent out/home with Sarah. Very, very impressed. It made the process of moving and renting very relaxing.

We had a great experience with the Shepherds Bush and Uxbridge teams! We found our place on the first visit and since have happily moved into our new apartment. Sam and Sibel were very proactive and friendly. Would recommend.😉

The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!

The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! As soon as you speak to any of the team you know straight away they are experienced and professional. We can’t thank Andrew, Richard and Alison enough - they made our dream happen and we know that had the house been on the market with another agent we may not have got it! What really stood out was that from end to end (viewing, putting in an offer and getting to exchange and completion) they managed the whole process seamlessly, with absolute honesty, were always available to take our call and took away any stress that comes from house selling/buying. It gets better…. when we completed and picked up the keys I can honestly say the whole team were genuinely thrilled for us - not because it was another house they had completed on but genuinely happy for us!!! We would highly recommend Winkworth Bagshot, the service we received from Jenny and Tommy was extremely professional and efficient. All emails were answered promptly and we were updated straight away with any developments. Five stars for sure!

Very professional service, the whole process of finding a flat was very quick. From the time of viewing the flat and signing off the paper work, it was only about a few weeks. I would definitely recommend Winkworth to anyone currently looking for a new home.
