Having tried another local Farnham agent initially who were unable to generate any traction I moved the sale of my mother’s house to Winkworth Farnham. I wish I’d done it sooner and their service levels were night and compared to the previously instructed agent. Jamie Solis handled the instruction and his feedback and responsiveness was nothing short of impressive. The sale took longer than I would have liked but I attribute that to the fact the sale was in a chain and the market was not great. As the house was vacant I put all our trust into Winkworth and they were nothing short of exceptional. Thoroughly recommend using Winkworth Bath for letting property - Denise Latham has exceeded expectations during the whole process. There was a tight turnaround between listing the property and having all documentation in place for the tenant; Denise managed the process to such a high standard and kept me updated throughout. Another standout point is that Denise has always taken the time to explain the process and answer every question that I had.
