I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ollie and Ellie at Winkworth Tiverton in the search of a property in the area. From the moment I contacted Ollie regarding a property that interested me he was organised, efficient and prompt in his dealings. After viewing a property he went out of his way to ensure we had every assistance possible and his communication continued throughout. Following an offer being accepted, Ellie was also extremely efficient and organised. Both members are professional and proactive. They are also incredibly nice people who are keen to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

I found a property on the market that I thought would be suitable for us. When I called Winkworth's agent, I spoke with a very polite guy named Major, who provided all the information about the property. The next day, when we met him at the flat, I was impressed. He was very kind, answered all our questions, and was patient with our English, as we are from a different country. He kept us updated continuously. Can honestly say I’ve never met a nicer team. They are in the process of selling my late mother’s apartment.
