Henry and team at Winkworth in Farnham recently successfully completed our house sale. On the marketing, viewings and negotiations front it was expertly handled, a very smooth experience with the outcome we wanted. They are a highly professional and friendly bunch. The quantity and suitability of prospective buyers was strong. The chain however was problematic due to someone at the bottom of the chain using a cheap 'warehouse conveyancer'... top tip - you should never use one! This was beyond our control, it caused a lot of stress, but Henry was able to navigate his way through and kept the chain intact to successful completion.
