Andrew was wonderful to deal with! I had a deadline and needed to move quickly with the purchase and thankfully this was made very easy for me! And I never felt like I was being ripped off / screwed over etc. Having previously dealt with an Haart branch in essex who were a total nightmare and totally dishonest at every step, winkworth were a breath of fresh air! I had many great viewing experiences recently with Jack Robbins who always makes you feel welcome when looking around potential new properties. He is very informative and I have never had a question that he has not got the answer to. Jack is a credit to young estate agents and you can see he takes pride in his job and his appearance as he is always dressed exceptionally well each time we meet. We have done several deals with Winkworth particularly dealing with Mr Atkinson. His advice was always comprehensive and he took great care in serving our business needs. Winkworth's lettings department is also doing a very good job for us. Although still in its infancy stage, we feel that our relationship with Winkworth is well suited to our corporate strategy and hope that it will grow stronger as we move forward in the right direction.

We rented a property through Winkworth, Poringland for seven months. Linda was our main contact. She was very good, helpful and assisted us through the stay. She quickly got agreement from an overseas landlord when necessary and was particularly good at checkout.
