I recently sold my flat through Winkworth Crystal Palace branch. It was a long journey with an initial sale falling through at an advanced stage. Despite this Andrew Chapman was able to find another buyer and the sale went through around two months later. We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.
