I bought my first flat with Winkworth and Andrew was the agent who helped me with this purchase. He was very quick and professional in responding to all the requests. It was a prolonged process but Andrew was very helpful and patient with the communications with the seller and solicitors. I am glad we worked it out together. I would contact him first if next time I'm in need of buying / selling another property in north London. Would recommend.

We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook.
