Ellie in particular was cheery, informative, communicative and tenacious over a long period of time, and this never waned. They managed to sell our house very quickly at a good price (we were the ones taking our time with a tricky onward chain) and the marketing materials - in particular the photographs - were of such high quality that other people selling in our street switched to Winkworth too.
