I have been using Winkworth since 2007 to rent out and manage a property in London and I have been very pleased with the service provided by them both in managing and letting the property. I have recently decided to put the property up for sale and am pleased to say that their sales team is equally reliable and professional.

We went with Winkworth as second agent after only having one viewing with another agent in two months. Paul and the team managed to get us an offer within two weeks (which we accepted) and were always friendly, professional and there to help throughout the sales process. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering them as a potential estate agent!

When selling our property, Sam was very patient with us and walked us through every step of the process which was so useful for us and gave reassurance when needed. Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly. In addition, if there were any news or arrangements, Hussain always email and call me to confirm it. They are responsible and efficient. I would love to recommend Winkworth Surrey Quays to everyone.

I bought my first flat with Winkworth and Andrew was the agent who helped me with this purchase. He was very quick and professional in responding to all the requests. It was a prolonged process but Andrew was very helpful and patient with the communications with the seller and solicitors. I am glad we worked it out together.
