Shania recently took over as our property manager and handled a recent change of tenants. She has been great to deal with, really responsive to queries and super keen to help. Delighted to have her as my go to if there are any issues!

We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.

We recently moved from South Africa, As you can imagine, the stress finding the right house for our family, We viewed Winkworth Weybridge website and asked to view a property on the same day. Everything went as you could only dream. Saw the property at 15h00 Wednesday, 17h30. we had an offer accepted, holding deposit paid in the morning . By Friday afternoon, we had all references and checks completed. Kim and Major were nothing short of exceptional. When we are ready to purchase a property, I will not look any further. You guys have made us happy and taken away a huge worry, we have also already applied for my daughters schools thank you for your swiftness.

I have been dealing with ‘Winkworth’ in the West End of London for many years and have found them very professional and easy to talk to. A special mention to Harriet Darlow, Lettings Manager, who has always assisted in letting out our properties.

I had a great experience with this estate agent. They’re straight forward, knowledgeable and honest and helped the sale go through as speedy as possible. Jonny was particularly very helpful. Will definitely recommend them.

We rented through Winkworth and from start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Paperwork to secure the property was managed quickly, and they were understanding on our timelines. The team were also excellent in communicating the couple of minor issues we had at the property, and were helpful and considerate in wrapping up the return of our deposit promptly and fighting our corner with the landlord when our tenancy ended. I'd like to call out Anna, Alyx, Audrey and Michael in particular for all being brilliant!
