We recently relocated to Norfolk from North Wales back in January and found us a rental property via this estate agent. We were only looking for short term rental as we wanted to be home owners again, however due to me beginning work before we could buy a property we thought we’d give renting a go. Myself and my sister have been renting a property in Reydon through Winkworth since 2019, they have always ensured that the rent is on time, schedule and carry out any inspections and advise of and arrange any maintenance (e.g boiler/gas service) that may be required.
