I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Kentish Town Estate Agents. It's a highly professional estate agent with a great staff team prepared to make the extra effort when needed. For about thirty years, the company managed our 2-bed property in Kentish Town which was rented out while we were living overseas. Their services were very professional and they were quick to address property management issues when they arose. When eventually we came to sell the property we asked Winkworth to help with the sale, which has now been completed. The sale was not so easy. Property market conditions were quite difficult and, just as we were preparing to exchange contracts, our original buyer pulled out so Winkworth had to find another buyer. Throughout the sale process, Winkworth provided excellent support and advice, with a view to obtaining the best outcome on our behalf.
