All the staff were very helpful throughout with special mention to our main contact Rebecca who was brilliant with helping us get it over the line in a number of ways and a pleasure to deal with. If only all estate agents were this good!

Lonnie took care of everything. I live abroad so relied heavily on Lonnie to manage everything. He found a tenant before the advert even went live, he sorted out all the necessary checks and liaised with the tenant throughout. He just sent me the bear minimum of things to check and sign, always simplifying and summarising for me. I would highly recommend Winkworth (in particular Lonnie) for any landlord.

The team at Winkworth are second to none. We recently sold in Mudeford and Gareth was so helpful. He is happy to chase up and down a chain, is always positive and the whole experience was almost a joy - well, as far as selling houses can be... I recently moved to London from abroad, and I was initially very worried about the competitive letting market. Finding Marc Lewis was the best thing that could have possibly happened. He understood exactly what I was looking for, guided me through every step of the process, and found me my dream flat. He responded to emails incredibly quickly, and I always felt that he was looking out for my best interest. Above all, he is just a top notch person. I can't recommend him or Winkworth highly enough!

We didn't have the easiest sale but Winkworth were excellent throughout. Evie was communicative and responsive, helping us with things that we weren't expecting. In the final stages I spoke to Evie every day more or less and she was always polite even though I must have been pretty annoying at times! Thanks to Evie and the team.
