I’ve known Andrew, Val and the Winkworth Petersfield team for about 8 years now. I bought my house from them and found Andrew to be enormously helpful and supportive through what was a very stressful process. More recently I’ve rented the house out for a period, and here Val has been a huge help - from doing the inventory to providing invaluable advice, even though we were managing the property ourselves. Despite this Andrew Chapman was able to find another buyer and the sale went through around two months later.
