After our mother's death my brother and I were faced with the task of selling her house. We both live in other parts of the UK, so relied heavily on Winkworth to look after the process for us. Both Andrew and Harry in Petersfield could not have offered a better service. Communication was always excellent, with regular updates, and good advice when the sale seemed to be in jeopardy. The sale of our house was not an easy process due to unusual circumstances but Lori and her team were very supportive and guided us through the sale. When finding a flat to rent, we had a particularly good experience with Lettings Manager James from Winkworth's Hammersmith branch, who was super friendly, really helpful and got the process in motion so quickly! He went out of his way to be available for help and advice whenever we needed it, from viewings and documents, to communication with the owner of the property, and he made the process so easy from start to finish. We couldn't have been happier!

The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary.
