I've recently had some contact with Federico Young whilst looking for a house to rent in Kensington. I have to say Freddie is one of the best estate agents I have come in contact with in a very long time. He was genuine, responsive, informative and actually cared about my search and where we ended up. Freddie kept me abreast of what was happening at all times. Although in the end, we weren't able to go ahead with the let however, this has compelled me to use Freddie and his team in the near future for the possible purchase of a property. Federico Young is highly recommended!

This autumn I had to move home and my first thought was at Winkworth Kensal Rise & Queenspark because I was living there and they were involved at the time of my relocation. Shaun was of great help. He would keep me posted about all new properties, accommodate my viewings schedule and answer all the questions I had. Although I moved in another area, I appreciate the help, including the smooth hand over when I left the property in Queenspark. I recommend Winkworth Kensal Rise & Queenspark as great agents.

Matt and his team were fantastic all the way through two sales they managed for us this year. Neither sale was an easy process but Winkworth Bath were professional, available, hard working and have excellent communication skills. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Imogen and Charles from the sales team were very patient and helpful at taking me through the whole process from appraisal to completion of sale. I felt their initial appraisal was very fair; despite the restrictions of Covid they managed to show the flat and get an offer within price expectations, and within a good time frame. They were excellent at keeping me up to date with progress and tried to make sure everything happened in the most timely fashion possible. I would happily use them again.
