I recently had the pleasure of working with Winkworth Banstead to sell my property, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Richard, Andrew, Donna, and Alison provided an exceptional service. We had three valuations with local agents and I found Richard to be the most honest and sensible. He had a lot of experience and knowledge about the local area which gave me a lot of confidence. Winkworth Estate Agents were representing the seller of the flat I purchased earlier this year and I originally dealt with Helena and then George Webb competed the process. I have to say both Winkworth reps were amazing. George was outstanding with his customer service, going the extra mile at every opportunity and there were quite a few frustrating challenges and delays with the process, none of them due to Winkworth I may add, however George supported myself and the seller fantastically. Communication from George was spot on. He was professional yet empathetic from the moment I spoke to him and as it was a 300 mile move for me and rather emotional changing every aspect of my life, I really appreciated his time, kindness and support.
