The first time, some years ago, we weren't even their clients and the service was impressive so it was inevitable that we would use them for our latest move. From the initial contact to the final handover, we couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication at all stages, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Federico and his team have proven swift and very helpful on all aspects of my rental process: from the initial description and visit of the property down to very practical help to facilitate the move-in. I listed a property to sell in February this year with Sam and his team. They were great to deal with and kept me informed the whole way. Evie was really helpful. They worked really hard with viewings however in the end I pulled it from the market and am going to hang out and wait for the market to improve I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended
