My partner and I recently moved into a new rental property through Winkworth. Alex was efficient at replying to emails and very helpful. Moving can be stressful but Winkworth made it as seamless and as easy as possible. We love our new place and hopefully not looking to move again any time soon but we would use again!

This is now the second property, successfully sold, with 18 months via Winkworth Banstead. After selling our property, we were so impressed with the service and care received, that we returned to instruct them in selling my mother's house. Once again all went smoothly, with the usual little hitches to be expected when selling, but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, leaving all parties happy. We would highly recommend this particular branch of the company, as I have found all members to be professional, diligent and helpful. I would certainly return to them should the occasion arise.

My flat was sold to the first viewer and I thought the estate agent lucked out and went home to count his fee. However, after ten months of hand-holding and UN-levels of tactful negotiation, I finally realised that the estate agent keeps the wheels on the deal, while two hopelessly lost souls try to muddle through a sale while being ambushed with the strangest grenades along the way. Christian was a steady, unflappable guide along the way and I've already recommended him to a friend in my old building for conquering the problems the second time around.

We recently sold our house with Winkworth and the team at the Hellesdon office were fantastic. We had a smooth start and then some obstacles on the way from various parts of the chain (no fault of Winkworth) but the team, particularly Rachel was very supportive and communicated everything clearly and in a timely manner meaning that we completed on target date. We cannot thank Winkworth enough and would recommend this team to anyone looking to move house!
