Lonnie took care of everything. I live abroad so relied heavily on Lonnie to manage everything. He found a tenant before the advert even went live, he sorted out all the necessary checks and liaised with the tenant throughout. He just sent me the bear minimum of things to check and sign, always simplifying and summarising for me. I would highly recommend Winkworth (in particular Lonnie) for any landlord.

We were first time buyers so came into the process not knowing much about it - but Jade and the rest of the team really helped us out.
