We recently completed the sale of our property in Ferndown. It clearly was a 'difficult' sale and the process took 10 months to complete. Throughout the sale period Rosella applied dogged persistence in regularly presenting potential buyers. All that persistence eventually paid off and our sale was smoothly completed, a service for which we are eternally grateful.

I have both bought and sold through Winkworth and have always been satisfied and even impressed by their service. Their depth of knowledge of the local market is second to none. A massive thank you to Debbie at Winkworth! She recommended the house we ended up choosing after we viewed a couple of others which were close but didn’t quite fit our requirements. Then she moved incredibly quickly to help us get everything sorted ahead of the stamp duty raise. We’ve now moved in and are very happy with our first home!
