Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly. In addition, if there were any news or arrangements, Hussain always email and call me to confirm it. They are responsible and efficient. I would love to recommend Winkworth Surrey Quays to everyone.

We have just completed on a property today and whilst what we thought to be a small chain turned out to be nearly double figures meaning things took much longer than had hoped the service received from Jade was great. Things got very complicated towards the end however Jade's negotiation skills clearly saved the day and we are very grateful to her for all she did.

Our seller used these guys and they may as well have been working for both of us. We had a protracted and painful selling experience ourselves (nothing to do with Winkworth, just the property we were selling being tied up in lots or arcane conveyancing snares) and Anna especially went above and beyond in liaising with, chasing and co-ordinating all the disparate parties needed to make a sale happen. Couldn't recommend using these guys enough, if you're thinking of selling your property.
