Ben Goddard and Chantelle Leydon have been exceptionally helpful in respect of a change of tenancy - with only 2 days between check-out and check-in and in the turbulence of the pandemic - unearthing documents, giving advice, acting quickly when requested and just 'being available'.

My flatmate and I were left without a place to stay when we moved to London after a landlord cancelled our tenancy last minute. Winkworth worked extremely quickly and effectively to make sure that we were housed in the next best place as soon as possible. Lis is extremely professional and kind and comforted my roommate and I throughout the process all the while negotiating on our behalf. She is transparent and honest, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property in Maida Vale!

Tom has been the sheer definition of professional since the 1st telephone consultation. He has been amazing at keeping us updated and has bent over backwards to help us. He has made us feel exceptionally valued and it's very obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers. Personally I wouldn't use another estate agent!
