I am very lucky to have Dominic as the agent who supports and guides me all the way through my purchase journey. I very much appreciate his open and honest approach in advising me on any of my questions. He is diplomatic yet always straight to the point. He is always responsive and patient. He put me at ease straight away. Before completion, he even made a visit to the property and ensured everything was in place. That is the icing on the cake! Only true professionals will constantly go the extra mile for their customers. Even though we dealt with everything electronically, I am going to pay a visit to him in the near future to say hi, because he will be the one I lean on with my property-related matters. We are currently based offshore and Janie has been very good at ensuring our property is managed professionally. She's very personable and ensures all matters are dealt with appropriately and with care.

Aaron managed everything related to renting my flat. After visiting a lot of estate agents in the area, Aaron was the one that was there to help me decide what I should do with my flat, and he gave me a detailed plan of the expenses. They helped find tenants and sort out all small details throughout the renting process. All the folks in the office were prompt and precise. Overall I feel that I am in good hands.
