He was very thorough in following through with all necessary parties in bringing our house sale to a conclusion, our solicitors were also highly complementary of the service he and Winkworth were providing throughout the process. Whilst the sale took longer to complete than we would have originally anticipated, political and financial events had their part to play which were somewhat unprecedented. We recently bought a flat for our daughter through Winkworth Fulham, and Finlay was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Even though the sale dragged on a bit (through no fault of his or his office), he kept us regularly updated and reassured and made referrals where necessary. Friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond, he guided us through the process with genuine care and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier.

My shared ownership flat was a tough sell and a stressful long-term saga, especially after one buyer pulled out at the last minute due to the prospect of WW3! But Ellie not only stuck to the task, organising the various solicitors, housing associations etc involved in the process to bring it to a successful conclusion, she also kept us as updated and upbeat as possible along the way :) If I knew anyone selling a place in Chiswick or the surrounding area, I would 100% recommend they go straight to Winkworth’s and ask for Ellie - in my experience, you’ll be very glad you did!
