We bought our house through Winkworth Surbiton, and Debbie has been very personable, patient and helpful in this process. Throughout the sale, Debbie has kept us regularly updated with information of the sale, and has gone above and beyond to actively liaise with the solicitors to support the conveyancing process to prevent any delays. We also had about 3-4 viewings at the property before exchange of contracts and Debbie has worked with the sellers collaboratively to accommodate our multiple viewings requests.

The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. The sale wouldn't have happened without Tom, and I appreciate his dedication.

We have been looking for a property in the Highcliffe / Friars Cliff area for around a year registering with all the local agents in our attempts to secure the right property. During that time Nick and Gareth in Mudeford kept us constantly informed of new properties, encouraged us to look at some we might have rejected and stayed incredibly patient when we decided not to proceed on others. That encouragement took is to a property we had rejected on face value but which we realised would meet all our needs. With some fantastic support from Mike in the Highcliffe office and Nick working hard to negotiate around issues and bring the various solicitors together we were able to complete on the property in less than three weeks from offer acceptance, just in time for Christmas. Definitely a 5 star service!
