Right from the start, it was clear that Candiss genuinely cares about helping prospective tenants to find the right home . I found her to be warm and friendly, as well as professional. She even did a few follow up calls which was greatly appreciated by us, having had several months of stress, trying to secure a new home. I would highly recommend Winkworth and I would definitely use again if selling my house. They never let me down, right from the start of the process through to completion. They kept me informed every week with an update and gave me the choice of whether I would like to do a viewing or not. Plus really lovely people and responded quickly to my questions/queries.
