Rosella was absolutely fantastic. We took her lead on setting a guide price for our 3 double bed property we were selling, rather that setting an exact price. That guide price was close to the minimum we wanted to achieve. She expected it to achieve significantly over. Rosella wasn't wrong. Within 1 week of listing we had 10 viewings planned.
