We just sold our flat via Winkworth Surbiton. Debbie was our agent there. From my corporate days, I remember a CxO of a very large IT company telling me that "when all goes well, everyone is good, but you can only see the value of others when they have to deal with real problems". How true... I sincerely think that without the drive and persistence of Debbie, the sale would not have happened. Finding the buyer is the easy part. Ensuring the sale closes is the hard part. The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. The sale wouldn't have happened without Tom, and I appreciate his dedication.
