We've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. The Petersfield Office of Winkworth came strongly recommended, for which I am extremely grateful, as we required an Estate Agent who would sell our Apartment and communicate extremely well throughout the process, given that we are based outside of the Hampshire area. Although the Sale took longer than expected, through no fault of Winkworth, Andrew and Marcus remained highly motivated, giving weekly updates, facilitating many viewings and helping address the range of questions raised by prospective purchasers.
