Nicola is an absolute rocket - she's proactive, friendly, professional. What I've come to admire most about her is her tenacity. She was absolutely going to get my house sold and never gave up despite various set backs. Alex leads a strong team and, from the very low staff turnover, you can tell they love their jobs. It's good to get to know staff properly during the process. I also used Winkworth for managing my property for a year of rental - Claire Jenkins is brilliant, so efficient and reliable. Also Sami was great for the check-out and on general communication. The systems used for my tenants to log incidents was slick and Winkworth were quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them both for sales and management.

I live overseas and my flat was undergoing renovation when I left the UK in Aug 2022. By the time it was ready to be rented out in Feb 2023, it was already very stressful coordinating the whole process from overseas. Luckily, a neighbour who had known and worked with Josh and Federico for a very long time highly recommended them to me. Federico/Winkworth Kensington was the only estate agent I had contacted only because I was that impressed by the recommendation from my neighbour. Before the flat was rented out, Federico was extremely responsive and flexible. This was much appreciated especially given the time-zone differences. Federico and I were on several calls/messages via Whatsapp/emails all the time to discuss every detail prior to pictures being taken and the flat being advertised. There were still some snaggings from the renovation, and Federico gave excellent suggestions and great advice in terms of what and how to fix them up etc. and he sent me pictures and videos to facilitate my discussions with/instructions to my builders from overseas, which was extremely helpful since it was more difficult to arrange and sort things out from overseas. Throughout the advertising period, Federico was extremely professional and had very high standards of me as a landlord and any prospective tenants, yet was easy-going and very personable. He is very efficient and has great commercial sense and works to a very high standard. There were a few small unforeseen complications which came up, but Federico navigated through these issues with such a high degree of professionalism and patience. He was away on holiday before my tenant had moved in, but he made sure to check in on my paperwork and ensured everything was in order so that my tenant could have a smooth move-in. Federico made the rental process for me easy and seamless. I can't thank him and the Winkworth team enough. I highly recommend their services to any landlord or tenant! Kayleigh, a very professional letting agent had time to explain every process and despite the delay from my side ,she was very patient and handled everything professionally.
