We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. We were genuinely impressed by - and thankful to - Ellie and Nick at Winkworth Chiswick (and Brentford, when it was active) who sold our house in Brentford. Ellie in particular was cheery, informative, communicative and tenacious over a long period of time, and this never waned. They managed to sell our house very quickly at a good price (we were the ones taking our time with a tricky onward chain) and the marketing materials - in particular the photographs - were of such high quality that other people selling in our street switched to Winkworth too.
