Winkworth Newbury and Mollie especially have been nothing short of outstanding from her valuing our property all of the way to our completion. Nothing was ever too much for Mollie. She's had so much patience and been so polite yet straight forward with us which is what I like. She totally took the stress and hassle away from us on many occasions which as a young family with a baby and a dog was exactly what we needed. We never needed to chase her for anything and we also got put in touch with the best solicitor - she was all over it from start to finish - keeping us updated every step of the way. Not sure why anyone would ever use a different local estate agent to Winkworth Newbury and Mollie and team because they and Mollie were far and above all of the other estate agents in our chain when it came to everything. Thanks again team :)

As a landlord for several years, I have received first class service from this firm. They have been responsive and clear in communication. Regular checks on the property and the tenants' upkeep were carried out and maintenance issues handled professionally. I certainly recommend this firm for sales as well as lettings.
