Our seller used these guys and they may as well have been working for both of us. We had a protracted and painful selling experience ourselves (nothing to do with Winkworth, just the property we were selling being tied up in lots or arcane conveyancing snares) and Anna especially went above and beyond in liaising with, chasing and co-ordinating all the disparate parties needed to make a sale happen. Couldn't recommend using these guys enough, if you're thinking of selling your property.

We have just completed on a property today and whilst what we thought to be a small chain turned out to be nearly double figures meaning things took much longer than had hoped the service received from Jade was great. Things got very complicated towards the end however Jade's negotiation skills clearly saved the day and we are very grateful to her for all she did.

Denise Latham is smart, imbued with common sense and fairness. She has a sense of proportion and humour, and navigates well between all the different parties, ensuring that what can often be high tension and complex is smooth and everyone ends up feeling "good" and valued. Well done! I doubt we will ever be back to renting in Bath, but I would recommend Denise and seek her out if ever that were to be the case. THANK YOU!
