Working with the lettings team in the North Kensington office was a great experience. We dealt primarily with Jason, who is very knowledgeable, and was always friendly and empathetic. Dolores has also been very helpful ever since we started our rent a couple of weeks ago when we have needed to clarify things about our new flat. One of the things I appreciated the most was that someone always picked up the phone and gave me the me a thoughtful answer, even if Jason was not in.

Anna was very helpful throughout the process, both managing viewings and progressing the sale, which at times was slow due to reasons beyond our, and her, control. I would recommend Winkworth Basingstoke for managing the sale of your property.

I bought my first flat with Winkworth and Andrew was the agent who helped me with this purchase. He was very quick and professional in responding to all the requests. It was a prolonged process but Andrew was very helpful and patient with the communications with the seller and solicitors. I am glad we worked it out together. I would contact him first if next time I'm in need of buying / selling another property in north London. Would recommend.

We have had the best experience with Tanya. She is an absolute credit to Winkworth, I hope they take notice. I must admit we were difficult tenants, in a more-so difficult property. None the less, nothing was too much hassle and every encounter with the letting agent was a pleasant and quite often hilarious experience, even on the most testing days. Tanya was fun, friendly, respectful and most importantly personable. I couldn't state enough to reflect just how fast, competent and professional she is. We are sorry we can't deal with Winkworth further (for the time being) and would highly recommend using these guys, a quality service provided by quality people.

Winkworth have been very professional but a special shout has to go to Lori, who really got things moving for us (excuse the pun)! We were renting while waiting to move into our flat and with a few phone calls, she really made it happen. We are very grateful to her.
