Most of my interactions were with James, who was helpful in a few ways: - He took my details and offered help with finding somewhere else to live - He ran any visits past me for approval beforehand - He helped set up some viewings when my partner and I decided we could afford to buy a house instead of carrying on renting Ultimately, we decided to move away from Poringland after viewing a number of houses around Norwich. However, all of my interactions with Winkworth were positive and they are very professional. The apartment quickly sold and so disruption has been minimal whilst we have been busy sorting things out our end.

Matthew was very helpful and professional in the sale of the house. He provided us with good advice and kept us informed of feedback from viewers. When a buyer was found he dealt with all arrangements efficiently. I was very pleased with our choice of estate agents.
