Alex Marle in the lettings team was fantastic from initial call and viewing through to handing me the keys of my flat. Alex is a complete professional. He went above and beyond what I’ve found with other agents - texting me with updates, helping me to navigate the process and even very kindly carrying a large parcel when we did the inventory. I wouldn’t normally leave a review, but recognition is due here!

When the sale on my investment property fell through Harriet stepped in and found a tenant to move in very quickly, which was just what I needed as there was still mortgage and service charge payments required on a monthly basis, resulting in negative cashflow. Harriet got three offers within a couple of days, we discussed the merits of each and went ahead with the person who subsequently moved in.
