All in all an easy, pleasant experience selling through Winkworth’s. All the staff there are very helpful, accommodating & approachable, nothing is too much trouble. Anthony & Jordan both kept me completely up to date. I would most definitely recommend Winkworth of Bagshot.

I listed my flat with Winkworth and both Natasha and Hannah made the experience so much less stressful with their professional approach and solved the issues when a buyer all of a sudden pulled out of the deal and they quickly found another buyer at full asking price. I can highly recommend Winkworth, Hannah and Natasha!.

Henry and the team at Winkworth Farnham did a great job on our property sale. Their valuation was not the highest one we received, but it was the one which felt most realistic. Once we began marketing the property, they were highly professional. We received an asking price offer within two weeks and, though there were a few hiccups along the way, ultimately a sale completed to the original interested party.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Allison and team from Winkworth, Chiswick on the recent sale of my property. Being based out of town it was life-saving to have people I trusted on hand locally. They saw the sale through from the start, advising on tenants leaving, through to chasing solicitors on both sides until completion. They went above and beyond and even helped with the small things including watering a flower basket to help with first impressions for the sale, and being proactive to ensure heating was turned on low to prevent cracked pipes. They were responsive and great at communication with all parties throughout, which resulted in the first two viewers placing high offers. I would certainly use their services again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to sell.
