I didn’t think to leave a review for Winkworth whilst I was working with them as everything went smooth and they did a good job looking after my rental property. I’m now selling the property and I have to say once the tenant moved out and Winkworth has stopped looking after the flat, Anna has gone above and beyond to help me with things that I have needed, which for an estate agent who is no longer being paid to take care of your property goes to show work ethic, care and true integrity. After researching on Rightmove, Winkworth stood out as the estate that was achieving the best result with similar properties to my house, so I booked a valuation with Gurdeep who told me he could get the result that I was looking for, so l sighed up with Winkworth followed by Gurdeep & Andrew booking viewings and amazingly within a week of the property going on market I excepted an offer, Great result and I totally recommend Winkworth...

Winkworth (Highcliffe branch) was our sellers agent and from initial viewing of a house with Nick, to a second viewing through to purchase and move with Harvey, we would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone. Harvey was excellent in his approach & knowledge, proactive, professional and such a lovely person to deal with through a stressful process. He worked tirelessly to ensure the process went as quickly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and he went over and above to ensure our queries were answered promptly at all times. The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary.
