Sarah Russell was lovely to deal with and she knew what I was looking for by way of a rental. All the paper work was handled swiftly, communication was excellent, and I picked up keys as planned a few weeks ago. There are many lettings agents that have advertised properties on rightmove and then when you turn up to view the property it is nothing like the pics and in complete disarray. I have dealt with Aliya Conway for years, she lets my flat for me, and she is the most professional member of staff you could hope to deal with. She is fair and honest but also super business like gets me what I need to achieve. I am useless with Admin and returning calls but she bears me well. I take her advice always on achievable rents and she is always correct, she knows the market inside out. Her team work well for her and are lovely too. I would want this talent working for me in a heartbeat if I had a business.
