Winkworth were the second estate agent to market our property. The first were an absolute disaster inaccurate and hurried all the things you think when you hear the words ‘estate agents’! What a difference from Rosella and her team. Professional and accurate always responding to queries quickly. She marketed the property well gave sound advice and provided support and guidance when required. At the end when the deal nearly broke down she stayed calm and professional, professing surprise at buyers decision due to all the money already expended. She was correct, the buyers got their act together and we eventually exchanged and completed within a week at the price originally agreed. After putting our house on the market Winkworth's rapidly found us an interested buyer at an excellent price. Unfortunately the buyer pulled out but Winkworth's soon found another buyer, even though the market had cooled considerably.
