Debbie and the team used up to date techniques to photograph our property to give a better sense of the place and seemed to truly understand the value of the property without over estimating. Debbie was patient and driven in selling our property with a personal touch and was great with her communication and always available for updates on viewings. I would thoroughly recommend Winkworth and would use them again if we were still in the area.

My landlord needed to sell the apartment I was renting, which initially was a bit of a shock to my partner and I (who had been in the place for 8 years). Winkworth were the agent selling on her behalf. Most of my interactions were with James, who was helpful in a few ways: - He took my details and offered help with finding somewhere else to live - He ran any visits past me for approval beforehand - He helped set up some viewings when my partner and I decided we could afford to buy a house instead of carrying on renting Ultimately, we decided to move away from Poringland after viewing a number of houses around Norwich. However, all of my interactions with Winkworth were positive and they are very professional. The apartment quickly sold and so disruption has been minimal whilst we have been busy sorting things out our end.
