I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

Winkworth and Matt in particular were amazing! After an unsuccessful, lukewarm impersonal experience with a different popular local agent I was pleased I made the move to Winkworth. House sold within weeks and exceptional customer service throughout the process. I can only join to the other positive reviewers here, Winkworth Westboure are an excellent agency ! Any issues, they're sorting it out in a couple of days max. We've heard horror stories about incompetent rental agencies, but these people here are absolutely professional. Thank you for everything !

We have just sold our house with Winkworths, Poringland. Team members who deserve a special mention are Jamie, Director, Leah in sales and Jade, Assistant Manager. Each of these individuals were responsive and efficient. Jamie responded to us out of hours to help with queries we had and gave sound advice. Our sale however would not have gone through had it not been for the tenacity of Jade, who went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Buying and selling property remains a very stressful time, having a team with these individuals made all the difference. We are extremely grateful to them for facilitating our move into our dream home. Highly recommend.
