He worked closely with the seller to maintain momentum and was incredibly proactive in facilitating quick resolutions to the various issues that arose through the property's transaction, including intermediating between the multiple parties involved. James maintained clear and consistent communication with us at every stage. E.g Accepting last minute calls, very fast to respond over WhatsApp, making a point to regularly drop in for updates and always communicating updates and processes clearly. He also liaised effectively with our solicitor, ensuring that everyone remained aligned, which was critical given the tight stamp duty deadline we were working against. Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time—something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved. In short, James, and Winkworth CP, exemplifies exceptional customer service and professionalism. The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! As soon as you speak to any of the team you know straight away they are experienced and professional. We can’t thank Andrew, Richard and Alison enough - they made our dream happen and we know that had the house been on the market with another agent we may not have got it! What really stood out was that from end to end (viewing, putting in an offer and getting to exchange and completion) they managed the whole process seamlessly, with absolute honesty, were always available to take our call and took away any stress that comes from house selling/buying. Anna and Michael were incredibly helpful in our first-time buying journey, always cheerful and upbeat even when other aspects of the process were less than ideal.
