Lonnie took care of everything. I live abroad so relied heavily on Lonnie to manage everything. He found a tenant before the advert even went live, he sorted out all the necessary checks and liaised with the tenant throughout. He just sent me the bear minimum of things to check and sign, always simplifying and summarising for me. I would highly recommend Winkworth (in particular Lonnie) for any landlord.

We just completed on a house in Southwold bought through Winkworth. All the staff were very helpful throughout with special mention to our main contact Rebecca who was brilliant with helping us get it over the line in a number of ways and a pleasure to deal with.
