From start to finish Winkworth in Banstead were nothing short of fantastic. Alison took us for 2 viewings - she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Andrew (Branch Manager) called me weekly to give updates, and was always professional and affable for both good news and bad. Andrew was our main source of information as none was forthcoming from our conveyancer, and Andrew worked tirelessly to keep us informed particularly as we approached exchange. This saved me from having to move my belongings into temporary storage and then move them again — a huge stress relief.
