I sold my flat through this branch and dealt with Kiren who I believe was head of sales. I was extremely happy with the advice and service she provided me throughout the process of the sale. From the beginning Kiren was spot on with her valuation and local knowledge, I’m so happy that I went with Winkworth as I fear our property would of sat on the market looking expensive and probably helping to sell all the other flats local to my area had we gone with the other estate agents. Her team where great on the viewings and there communication and feedback was really good. We had an offer and I really felt like Kiren and team where representing me and the sale of my home. Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. He answered any queries we had about the house, was swift in arranging visits so we could do measurements etc. He is an asset to the Winkworth team and we wish him all the best for the future. Very happy with Winkworth who have let my property out again. Primary credit goes to Jenny Wintermeyer (Lettings Manager) and ably supported by Tabitha L who pretty much take on all the stress and headache with their professionalism , diligence and effort. Their responsiveness to queries and their comms on progress is super. I have used other Estate Agents in the area in the past but with Jenny & Tabitha (and am sure other staff members in background) I think Winkworth is a cut above the rest at the moment.
