It's been a year I have been liaising with Sami in regards to different aspects of the tenancy. Despite the fact that it was my first time experience with several issues, I have found Sami extremely reactive, supporting and competent in providing me with useful suggestions. For sure it's been a port of call and in reassuring me in stressful moments.

The Petersfield Office of Winkworth came strongly recommended, for which I am extremely grateful, as we required an Estate Agent who would sell our Apartment and communicate extremely well throughout the process, given that we are based outside of the Hampshire area. Although the Sale took longer than expected, through no fault of Winkworth, Andrew and Marcus remained highly motivated, giving weekly updates, facilitating many viewings and helping address the range of questions raised by prospective purchasers. Any questions we had were responded to efficiently right across the Office, with the Team working proactively, putting in long hours to help achieve our Sale. On this basis I would strongly recommend Winkworth and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
