I have recently moved into a rental property advertised by Winkworth but managed by a private landlord. Even though they don't manage the property, the Winkworth team did such a good job of onboarding me, keeping me in the loop with what documentation was needed and answering any questions that I had. Claire, in particular, is fantastic. Very prompt and always happy to help, she has been a pleasure to work with.

House moves are always stressful but Jack and his team were professional, calm and transparent throughout. We completely lost confidence in our initial buyer and Jack stepped up and found us a new buyer who was able to complete on schedule. We have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team.

I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

Absolutely 5 star service! Having tried unsuccessfully to sell my house through one of the largest Brighton agencies several times, I decided to try Winkworth. I was so glad I did!
