Our company had used Winkworths previousley to rent a large flat in the West End with a tenancy ending this year. We were waiting for the tenant to vacate before viewings but Natasha persuaded us that she had a new interested tenant and agreed the viewing. An offer was made and immediately followed by short negotiations and an agreement. That was then followed by several paragraphs(I won't bore you) of further problems, difficulties and issues before we could sign. Throughout Natasha reacted by finding solutions and getting it sorted with absolutely nothing seeming to faze her charm and calm demeanour. Should you wish to rent expensive property to high net worth individuals with their associated lifestyles I thoroughly recommend that you use Natasha and Winkworths.

We just purchased our first home with Winkworth and have had a great experience. Andy helping us with the back and forth to the buyer at first was great and Rachel has been amazing with the after sale. They've been so quick with responses and have answered everything we've asked which was a lot as we had no clue what to do. Rachel also was great chasing up everything to make it as swift as possible while keeping us informed and explaining well what was going on. We couldn't recommend them enough!

I am happy to leave a positive review on the Hackney branch of Winkworth Estate Agents. In particular, Sean Ward, who took over the sale proceeds from the excellent Louisa Ataliotis. For many reasons, this was not a straightforward sale and Sean showed great diplomacy and timely communication which was essential in keeping this moving. All in all we are very grateful!
